Avocado
Avocado Oil is pressed from a rich pulp of an Avocado fruit.There are two types of Avocado oi, refined and unrefined . Unrefined has a rich buttery nutty flavor, bright green color and a low smoke point. It's exceptional when used as a salad dressings, sauces, light sautes, or simply drizzled over steamed vegetables and pasta dishes.
On the other hand refined avocado oil is almost flavorless, has a higher smoke point and a very light color.
Nutrients like omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are found in this oil along with
healthful properties for brain power, immunity systems, fighting against free radicals, and is an anti-inflammatory. It has multiple usage such as cooking, hair care and skin care. Storing it in the refrigerator is the best way to maintain optimal flavor and nutrition. I recommend buying in small bottles and adding a vitamin E capsule to preserve the shelf ife .
